Migration & Integration

The Migration and Integration Department offers comprehensive advice and support services for refugees and migrants. Our aim is to provide people with advice and support during the various phases of their stay in Germany. Our services range from asylum procedure advice for refugees in the ongoing asylum procedure, migration advice and the youth migration service to independent, voluntary perspective and return advice. Special focal points of the department are TABU - Specialist Center for Women's Health with a focus on female genital mutilation and cutting in Kiel, a mental health coach in Rendsburg and social counselling in deportation detention in Glückstadt.
