Social counseling

Under the motto "Helping people to help themselves", we provide you with advice and support in the context of social counseling for family stress, relationship problems, problems at work, financial or other life crises.

Counseling is free of charge, confidential, anonymous if desired and independent of ideology and religion.

What we offer:

• First point of contact, coordination and mediation
• Clarification center for unclear responsibilities or multiple problems
• Information and advice on assistance to secure your livelihood, such as benefits under SGB II (Hartz IV), SGB XII (social assistance) and other social benefit providers
• Referral to further assistance
• If necessary, referral to specialized services (debt counselling, addiction counselling, social psychiatric services, marriage, family and life counselling, etc.)
