Home emergency call

Together with our competent home emergency call partner, we offer you security around the clock, even at weekends and on public holidays. In the event of a fall or other emergencies, help is initiated immediately via the home emergency call.

You will receive a home emergency call device that triggers the emergency call via a transmitter. A trained member of staff from the emergency call center will answer the loudspeaker. The employee recognizes who the caller is as soon as the emergency call is triggered. This ensures that help is provided quickly, even if you are no longer able to speak. On request, our on-call service will be notified immediately. A trained care worker from Diakonie Altholstein will open the door to your home with the key deposited in the station and initiate the assistance measures. The transmitter can be worn as a necklace or bracelet.

If you are in need of care, the care insurance fund will cover a proportion of the equipment rental including 24-hour on-call service from the home emergency call center. We can help you with the application for cost coverage. We will be happy to make you an individual offer for the use of our on-call service and key management.
