From July 1, 2025, Diakonie Altholstein will be expanding its neighborhood-based care concept in the north of Kiel with a new location in Friedrichsort. In the Fontanestraße day care center and through our outpatient care service, we offer local support for up to 14 guests. This is not only a benefit for the residents, but also creates urgently needed local jobs.
The grand opening took place on Friday, July 4, 2025 in a warm atmosphere. Many familiar and new faces came together, we laughed, talked and celebrated a wonderful start together.
We are looking forward to everything that is to come: to good encounters, trusting cooperation and many wonderful moments with our guests and their families.
