Keep moving with DigiCare - for a better quality of life in old age
We all want to stay fit and healthy for as long as possible in old age. Promoting your own mobility and exercise through physical training makes a decisive contribution to this.
In cooperation with DigiRehab GmbH, we offer the software-based and customized DigiCare training program, which supports you in strengthening your fitness as a preventative measure.
The DigiCare program has been used successfully in other countries for many years and has been developed there by specialists in the fields of physiotherapy, mobility and exercise for older people.
The training is carried out at your home or in a therapy room in our facilities and, in addition to instructions from our staff, also offers pictures, videos and explanations for better understanding. The composition of the exercises and the training program are based on the latest research findings and experience. The exercises are geared towards your everyday life and are designed to enable you to do more everyday things again, such as getting up, getting dressed, climbing stairs, going to the bathroom, etc.

A course lasts up to 16 weeks. The training session lasts a maximum of 20 minutes. After instruction, it can be carried out alone or with the support of family caregivers or our employees.
